Piri-piri Chicken


 
Oh this was so good... I just wished I had put more cayenne pepper to make it really spicy. These are grilled chicken breasts marinated in piri-piri sauce: cayenne pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, parsley bits, bay leaf, some lime juice:
  
I left it overnight.. then grilled!
