Chocolate Cake with big choco bits inside
Simple chocolate loaf/cake, embedded with Belgian chocolate bits. The bits were quite large and I had thought they would melt and be molten chocolate in the center, but turns out it didn't. It softened, at least lol.
After a few taste tests, I realized I hadn't put enough sugar... So in vain effort to sweeten this a bit, I grated the remaining Belgian chocolates onto the top. The chocolate melted easily on top of the still warm cake, it looked so delicious it was deceiving! haha
I think, over all, it's not so bad. =)
